Dunlap & Peoria, Arizona•
Monday-Friday Schedule:
100% onsite in Peoria during factory operations
Travel:
10-30% international travel, including a 1-3-month stay in

$135,000-145,000k a year plus Bonus Relocation package offered Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain & Procurement Manager to lead strategic sourcing, supplier management, procurement operations, and a growing procurement team supporting factory construction, readiness, and operational scale-up. This role will develop sourcing strategies, optimize costs and supply continuity, strengthen supplier relationships, improve procurement processes, and partner with Engineering, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Corporate Procurement. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop buyers and procurement specialists. Develop and execute global/regional sourcing and category strategies. Lead supplier negotiations covering pricing, quality, terms, capacity, and supply assurance. Manage supplier performance, scorecards, corrective actions, and new supplier qualification. Oversee end-to-end procurement processes and drive continuous improvement. Improve ERP/MRP, procurement systems, automation, reporting, and standard procedures. Partner with Inventory, Planning, and Operations on VMI, JIT, supply planning, and risk mitigation. Support NPI, factory readiness, cost modeling, budgeting, contracts, and strategic projects. Analyze spend, market conditions, supplier performance, and cost-saving opportunities. Present procurement KPIs, savings, supplier health, and risk assessments to leadership. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field. 7+ years of procurement, sourcing, or supply chain experience, including senior-level buying. 2+ years of leadership/supervisory experience preferred. Strong supplier negotiation and cost-reduction experience. Experience with ERP/MRP systems; SAP preferred . Experience with SAP, Oracle, Coupa, or similar procurement platforms. Strong analytical, organizational, negotiation, and communication skills. Knowledge of VMI, JIT, supply planning, global sourcing, and procurement compliance. Strong Microsoft Office/Excel skills. Semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, or high-tech industry experience required. Experience with complex materials or equipment sourcing. Advanced Excel and Power BI/Tableau experience. ESG/sustainable procurement experience. CPSM, CSCP, PMP, or similar certification. Bilingual/multilingual skills a plus. Travel & Location International travel of approximately 10-30% is required, including an approximately 1-3-month assignment in South Korea to learn and benchmark procurement strategy and operations.
