The SR Sourcing Manager, Indirect Procurement position requires proven sourcing skills and effective cross functional project leadership, negotiation, collaboration, analytical and communication skills. Experience in professional services (Human Resources, Real Estate, Travel & Expenses, Information Systems-Information Technology) and Topline (Marketing & Advertising), and Transportation & Warehousing, will be an valuable. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field of study Minimum of 10 years' experience in strategic purchasing or related field with solid negotiation skills Experience in Professional Services and marketing procurement Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional, multi-cultural, matrix environment Agile with a sense of urgency in completing responsibilities and identifying new opportunities Demonstrates cross-functional / peer to peer leadership through coaching; People management skills is a plus
