WHAT WE'RE DOING

: This role will be responsible for leading a team of Supplier and Global Transitions efforts within the Sikorsky line of business to develop and execute business cases to drive improvements and efficiencies in the Sikorsky supply chain.

THE WORK

:

• Develops sourcing and subcontract program management strategic plans that address overall program capture needs and execution.
• Acts as the main focal point to the subcontractor and program management office.
• Responsible for and directs all phases of the subcontract from initiation of the business case for make or buy decisions through requests for proposals, subcontract management plans, negotiation strategy, cost accountability and program execution.

This role leads Supplier and Global Transitions efforts within the Sikorsky line of business, shaping the supply chain to deliver mission-critical capabilities for our customers. By developing and executing business cases, you will drive efficiencies that enhance program readiness and national security. THE ?

WORK :

The position is responsible for leading a team that develops and executes sourcing and subcontract strategies to improve the Sikorsky supply chain, collaborating with internal program offices and external subcontractors to ensure cost-effective, high-quality delivery.

In this role you will:

• Develop sourcing and subcontract program-management strategic plans that address overall program capture needs and execution.
• Serve as the primary liaison to subcontractors and the program-management office.
• Direct all phases of subcontract development, from business-case initiation through requests for proposals, negotiation strategy, cost accountability, and program execution.
• Establish milestone objectives and manage performance against schedules and contractual specifications.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers, quality, and procurement personnel to ensure subcontractor performance meets cost, quality, schedule, and technical requirements.
