This position is ideal for a detail-driven, analytical professional who enjoys managing the building blocks of world-class production—like estimating, purchasing, and data organization—while working in a collaborative environment where process and precision matter. What You'll Do As a Costing Manager ,you'll play a key role in the successful execution of luxury packaging projects by ensuring accurate and efficient cost estimating, selective sourcing, timely material purchasing, and seamless internal workflows. You'll work in close collaboration with Account Managers to align production execution with client expectations and project goals, acting as equal partners throughout the job lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Material Estimating & Cost Analysis Prepare detailed material estimates and cost breakdowns to support client proposals. Gather supplier pricing and evaluate cost-saving opportunities to meet project targets. Use supplier quotes and historical data to inform pricing and budget planning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on value engineering and cost optimization. Purchasing & Supplier Coordination Review client POs and initiate timely material purchases. Data & Documentation Management Maintain pricing databases, cost records, and vendor files. Ensure accurate input and tracking of purchasing data in ERP and project systems. Document procurement decisions and support traceable, organized workflows. Project Coordination & Internal Collaboration Align with global processes and internal standards to support scalable production operations. Facilitate status updates and communication between internal stakeholders. Quality & Risk Management Partner with QC teams to address material or process issues. Help identify risks early and propose proactive solutions. Contribute to post-project evaluations to enhance future performance. Continuous Improvement Suggest improvements to internal processes and material workflows. Stay up to date on new tools and best practices in procurement, estimating, and production. $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
