Role:
Our client is seeking an experienced IT Procurement Director to lead technology sourcing, contract negotiations, and strategic vendor management. This is a high-impact leadership role partnering closely with IT, Legal, Finance, and Operations to maximize value, manage risk, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead procurement for IT hardware, software, cloud, SaaS, and professional services Negotiate IT contracts, SOWs, SLAs, and vendor agreements Manage strategic vendors, performance, renewals, and risk Partner with IT, Legal, Finance, and Operations on sourcing decisions Identify cost savings and improve procurement processes Advise on contract terms, interpretation, compliance, and vendor disputes
Qualifications:
8+ years of procurement experience, including 4+ years in IT procurement leadership Strong IT sourcing, vendor management, and negotiation experience Experience reviewing and negotiating complex IT/professional services contracts Paralegal, legal, contracts, or strong commercial background Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Experience with procurement tools/ERP systems preferred This is a great opportunity for an IT procurement leader who combines strategic sourcing expertise with strong contract and legal acumen.
