Job Description

Residential Home Building Purchasing Manager (1099 Contract) We are seeking an experienced professional with current or recent residential home building experience in Central Texas . Applicants without this specific background will not be considered.

Requirements:

Current or recent purchasing agent experience working for a residential home builder in Central Texas (required). Available to begin work within 30 days . Strong attention to detail. Familiar with QuickBooks . Must live within 45 minutes of the Lake LBJ area . This is a 1099 independent contractor position. In-office work is required . This is not a remote position .

Please Note:

Experience in industries outside of residential home building is not applicable for this position and will not be considered. We offer a fun, flexible work environment for the right person who enjoys being part of a growing residential home building team.

Pay:

$60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
