Job Description:

We are looking for a Supply Chain & Procurement Manager to lead and transform a critical function within a growing industrial manufacturing business. This is an opportunity to take ownership of sourcing, inventory strategy, logistics, warehousing, and supplier performance across a multi-site operation while partnering closely with executive leadership to improve reliability, efficiency, and overall business performance. Success in this role requires more than purchasing expertise. We're seeking a leader who understands how materials, suppliers, inventory, and planning decisions impact plant uptime, maintenance effectiveness, customer delivery, and profitability. You'll be empowered to strengthen processes, build accountability, and create lasting improvements in a lean, hands-on environment.
