Job Description

JOB TITLE
Georgia HEART Program Coordinator Position Summary The Georgia HEART Program Coordinator will lead and manage the hospital systems philanthropic efforts and tax-credit donation campaigns. The Georgia HEART Program Coordinator is responsible for driving revenue through the Georgia HEART Program, cultivating relationships with high-net-worth individuals and corporate partners, and educating the community to enhance healthcare access within our community and across Georgia. Key Responsibilities 1. Campaign Management & Tax Credit FacilitationManage the end-to-end administration of the Georgia HEART Hospital Program tax credit initiative for the health system.

Guide individual and corporate donors through the state's application, approval, and contribution process to ensure 100% tax credit eligibility.

Track and report contribution data to ensure compliance with state guidelines and internal revenue goals.2. Donor Cultivation & Revenue GenerationProactively generate revenue by prospecting and securing donations through targeted community campaigns.

Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective corporate sponsors and donors by conducting research.Develop compelling presentations, proposals, and accompanying materials to secure financial support for system initiatives.3. Community Outreach & EducationServe as the primary ambassador for the hospital systems philanthropic and rural health improvement efforts.

Plan and implement community engagement events and educational seminars regarding the importance of local hospital support.

Partner with the local Chamber of Commerce and regional business leaders to drive program participation.
Qualifications Education:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Communications, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
Experience:
Preferred minimum of 24 years of experience in fundraising, donor relations, corporate sales, or healthcare administration.
Knowledge Requirements:
Familiarity with the Georgia HEART Hospital Program, state tax credit legislation, and rural hospital funding a plus.
Skills:
Strong public speaking, pipeline development, relationship-building, and the ability to organize and follow through with ideas to promote our health system within our community and throughout the state of Georgia.•Some travel necessary to accomplish various functions of this position•
