Job Summary The Community Day Services (CDS) Coordinator leads and oversees community-based programs that support individuals with developmental disabilities. This role manages daily operations, supervises staff, builds strong relationships with clients, families, and community partners, and ensures compliance with all regulatory standards. The CDS Coordinator fosters an inclusive environment that encourages independence, social engagement, and personal growth while supporting high-quality, person-centered services. Responsibilities Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of community day programs tailored to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Supervise social service program staff, including hiring, training, performance management, and ongoing professional development. Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, community organizations, and funding agencies to ensure seamless service delivery. Oversee program compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to social services and disability support programs. Manage program budgets effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to meet client needs and organizational goals. Maintain accurate documentation including client records, progress notes, incident reports, and program evaluations using Microsoft Office tools. Coordinate team schedules and supervise staff meetings to foster a collaborative team environment focused on excellence in service delivery. Ensure staff adherence to policies related to behavioral health practices, client communication standards, and safety protocols. Monitor program outcomes through data collection and reporting to inform continuous improvement efforts. Experience High School Diploma/GED required , Associates or Bachelors degree preferred. Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills required Minimum 1 year experience working with people with Intellectual Disabilities required

QIDP, DSP

Trained perferred Strong relationship management skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients from underserved communities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for documentation and communication tasks. $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
