Parent Relationship Manager (Dog Daycare) About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Parent Relationship Manager to foster strong, positive relationships with our pet parents. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact, building trust through proactive communication, personalized service, and strategic engagement. Your energetic and people-focused approach will strengthen our community, promote our services, and drive long-term client satisfaction—all while supporting the overall wellbeing of the dogs in our care. Key Responsibilities Relationship & Sales Initiatives Convert incoming leads into scheduled Meet & Greets Conduct tours and guide pet parents through services and offerings Follow up with prospective clients to build engagement and close opportunities Promote and upsell services that enhance each dog's overall wellness Communicate with pet parents using brand-aligned messaging and tone Maintain accurate client records and registration forms Customer Experience Deliver exceptional customer service at every touchpoint Assist with check-in and check-out processes Continuously improve the Meet & Greet experience and client journey Maintain strong knowledge of services, pricing, and benefits Drive positive reviews and high satisfaction ratings Team & Operational Support Assist with staff scheduling and operational coordination Lead by example to foster a positive, team-oriented culture Provide recognition and encouragement to team members Help coach staff on brand standards and communication style Community & Engagement Plan and execute monthly events, promotions, and enrichment activities Participate in local community events and outreach Support fundraising and brand awareness initiatives Qualifications Must love dogs (non-negotiable!)
