Job Description

Job Summary Pressley Aviation is hiring a Student Coordinator to support students and assist with daily administrative and educational program activities. This role helps coordinate student schedules, communications, records, training activities, and general support services while maintaining an organized and positive learning environment. Common Job Roles Student Coordinator Student Services Coordinator Aviation Program Coordinator Student Support Specialist Training Program Coordinator Key Responsibilities Coordinate student schedules, appointments, and program activities Serve as a professional point of contact for students and staff Respond to student questions and provide information about program procedures Maintain accurate student records, files, and administrative documentation Assist with enrollment, registration, and training-related paperwork Coordinate communication between students, instructors, and administrative teams Monitor student schedules and help resolve routine scheduling concerns Assist with orientations, meetings, training sessions, and student events Prepare reports and maintain organized program records Follow company policies, privacy requirements, safety procedures, and applicable aviation training standards Requirements Previous student services, administrative, education, aviation, or customer service experience preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Basic computer, data-entry, and recordkeeping skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Professional, dependable, and student-focused Preferred Skills Experience coordinating students or training programs Familiarity with aviation or flight training environments Strong scheduling and administrative abilities Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and follow-through About the Company Pressley Aviation operates in the aviation and flight training environment, supporting aviation-related education, training, and services. Pay:
$20.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 44.0 per week
