Implementation Specialist Life Opportunities Program Make a Difference Every Day ABiLITY is seeking a compassionate, organized, and motivated Implementation Specialist to join our team supporting individuals with developmental disabilities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others succeed, building strong relationships, and collaborating with staff, families, and community partners to ensure high-quality, person-centered services. As an Implementation Specialist, you will oversee and implement individualized support plans, monitor progress toward personal goals, ensure compliance, and provide leadership and guidance to Direct Support Professionals. What You'll Do Develop and oversee individualized support plans and person-centered services. Coordinate with individuals, families, staff, and service providers to support successful outcomes. Provide leadership, training, and guidance to Direct Support Professionals. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance. Promote health, safety, independence, and community inclusion for individuals served. Support person-centered planning through Charting the Life Course and Tools of Choice practices.

Qualifications Required:

High school diploma or GED Minimum of 5 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities Valid Missouri Class E Chauffeur's License Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team Professional, dependable, and organized Starting wage: $23/hour

Preferred:

Experience writing individual support plans, reports, goal updates, and annual summaries Experience with person-centered planning and developmental disability services Required Certifications The following certifications are required or must be obtained and maintained: CPR/First Aid NVCI Level 1 Medication Aide Certification Tools of Choice Certification/facilitation Missouri Class E Chauffeur's License ScheduleThis is a full-time position with hours typically Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM . Occasional flexibility may be required to meet individual support needs, attend meetings, provide staff training, or ensure effective implementation of services and supports.
