Job Description Lead program planning activities from proposal development through production launch. Evaluate customer requests and change orders while ensuring alignment with technical, financial, and scheduling requirements. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, resource plans, and program execution strategies. Act as the primary customer contact, providing program updates and managing expectations throughout the project life cycle. Drive cross-functional collaboration between engineering, manufacturing, operations, and supply chain teams. Monitor program budgets, schedules, risks, and performance metrics while implementing mitigation plans as needed. Ensure designs are manufacturable, cost-effective, and aligned with customer requirements. Facilitate formal program reviews, milestone meetings, and change-control processes. Prepare and communicate program status reports to leadership and customers. Support seamless transfer of products from development into production environments. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline. 10+ years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, or a similar leadership role. Strong understanding of program management methodologies, tools, and best practices. Ability to balance technical, operational, and commercial priorities in a complex environment. Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and managing customer-facing programs. Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and decision-making skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office tools. Ability to obtain and maintain access to regulated or controlled program information when required.
