Code Ninjas Livingston is looking for an energetic, personable, and business-minded Education Center Manager who enjoys working with families, leading a team, and helping a growing education business succeed. At Code Ninjas, children develop coding, robotics, artificial intelligence, game design, and problem-solving skills through engaging, hands-on experiences. We're looking for someone who can combine strong customer service, leadership, organization, and sales skills to create an exceptional experience for our students and families. This is more than an administrative position. You'll play an important role in managing center operations, developing relationships with families, supporting our instructors, and driving enrollment growth. What You'll Be Responsible For Center Operations & Leadership Oversee daily center operations, classes, camps, and special events. Coordinate staff schedules, student attendance, and program activities. Supervise and support our team of instructors (Senseis). Ensure a safe, organized, welcoming, and engaging environment. Work closely with the owners to improve center performance and operations. Parent Relationships & Enrollment Growth Build strong relationships with prospective and existing families. Conduct center tours and introduce families to Code Ninjas programs. Follow up with inquiries and trial visits to drive new enrollments. Support student retention through excellent communication and customer service. Work toward monthly enrollment and business growth goals. Identify opportunities for referrals, program upgrades, and additional enrollments. Marketing & Community Engagement Help organize birthday parties, camps, open houses, and special events. Support partnerships with local schools and community organizations. Participate in local marketing and promotional activities. Bring creative ideas to increase awareness and enrollment. Who Will Succeed in This Role? You may be a great fit if you: Enjoy interacting with people and have a friendly, confident personality. Have experience in customer service, sales, operations, or team leadership. Can manage multiple responsibilities and solve problems independently. Are comfortable conducting tours, discussing pricing, and following up with prospective customers. Enjoy working around children and supporting their learning experiences. Are proactive, accountable, organized, and motivated by results. Are comfortable using business software, scheduling systems, and customer management tools. Preferred Experience 2+ years in customer service, sales, operations, education, or team leadership. Experience in a tutoring center, enrichment program, childcare business, retail management, or another customer-facing business. Experience supervising staff or coordinating programs. Familiarity with STEM education, coding, or robotics is a plus, but not required. No computer science degree or coding experience is required. We provide training on our programs and center operations.

Compensation & Schedule Base Salary:

$45,000 annually
