Full Job Description Overview:
Under the leadership of the CEOs of Quality Touch Community Care, the Program Director will oversee the QTCC operations of the Day Habilitation Program and the Community-Based Supports services. This role ensures services are delivered safely, consistently, professionally and in compliance with NJ Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) standards while supporting staff and maintaining program quality.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Program Oversight and Quality
Oversee daily operations of Day Habilitation and Community-Based Supports services.
Ensure services support participant ISP goals and community inclusion.
Monitor program attendance, participation, and service delivery.
Support, coordinate, and development of program activities and community outings.
Address program concerns or service issues in a timely manner.
Work with CEOs to support program improvement and expansion. Communication
Maintain open lines of communication with CEOs regarding program operations.
Facilitate effective methods of communicating program information to program staff, HR, and administrative support, etc. Compliance and Documentation
Ensure services operate in compliance with NJ DDD standards.
Oversee incident reporting and documentation review.
Monitor documentation quality, including service notes and ISP goal tracking. Supervision/Staffing
Supervise Program Coordinator, Respite Coordinator, and DSP staff.
Provide guidance, direction, and support to program staff.
Address staffing concerns and support staff development.
Oversee staffing coverage for Day Habilitation and CBS services
Word with the Program Coordinator to manage staff call-outs and coverage adjustments.
Ensure appropriate staffing ratios for participant safety and services delivery.

Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; and 2 years' experience in occupational areas like those being offered at the program and working with people with developmental disabilities. A combination of college or technical school may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
An understanding of the demands and expectations in business and industry; and successfully complete trainings required by DDD before rendering services.
Strong computer skills; knowledge of Google Workspace
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to foster a cohesive team spirit
Supervisory experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Detail oriented, good time management skills, reliable and organized
Ability to multi-task, demonstrate high level of professionalism
Respond well under pressure
Salary/Schedule:
$22/hr - 40hr a week, (Monday - Friday)
