Cultivate relationships with local organizations, government agencies, and stakeholders to strengthen collaboration and expand outreach efforts. Oversee program marketing strategies utilizing social media management, public speaking engagements, and grassroots community organizing to maximize visibility. Collect and analyze data related to program outcomes, participant feedback, and community impact to inform continuous improvement. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently while maintaining compliance with organizational policies. Engage in community outreach activities to foster trust, promote participation in programs, and address culturally diverse community needs. Qualifications Proven experience in volunteer management, supervising teams, or leading community-based initiatives. Strong background in program development, project management, and social work with a focus on public health or addiction counseling. Excellent public speaking skills coupled with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences. Demonstrated success in working with culturally diverse communities and underserved populations through grassroots organizing or community engagement. Proficiency in social media management, data collection tools, and technical platforms relevant to program operations. Knowledge of addiction counseling practices, public health principles, CPR certification preferred. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Bilingual abilities are highly desirable; experience teaching youth programs is a plus. Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork; excellent writing skills for reports and grant applications; strong client communication abilities. Pay:
