Job Description

Position Summary The Program Manager - Pulse Center Pilot is responsible for day‑to‑day management, coordination, and execution of Guthrie's Pulse Center Pilot initiative. This role ensures progress toward key milestones, supports current and future Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP) submissions, maintains funding readiness, and oversees data collection and performance tracking required for grant applications and executive reporting. This position serves as a central coordinating role across clinical, operational, financial, IT, compliance, and external stakeholders to keep the Pulse Center Pilot on track. In addition, approximately 20% of this role will support other enterprise‑level strategic projects at Guthrie as organizational priorities require. Essential Functions Pulse Center Pilot Program Management (0.8 FTE) Program Planning and Coordination Coordinate and manage the Pulse Center Pilot across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and funding requirements. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependency tracking. Identify risks, issues, and potential delays; proactively escalate concerns to leadership and recommend mitigation strategies. RHTP Submissions and Funding Readiness Support preparation and submission of RHTP applications and related materials for the Pulse Center Pilot. Coordinate required inputs from clinical, operational, financial, and executive stakeholders. Maintain organized documentation of prior submissions, assumptions, cost models, and supporting materials to ensure readiness for future funding opportunities. Data Collection and Reporting Coordinate collection, validation, and organization of clinical, operational, financial, and utilization data required for grant submissions and ongoing reporting. Maintain trackers, dashboards, and summary reports to support executive updates and external reporting obligations. Ensure consistency and accuracy of data definitions, assumptions, and documentation. Stakeholder and Executive Support Prepare meeting materials, agendas, status updates, and executive‑level summaries related to the Pulse Center Pilot. Track action items and deliverables across workstreams to ensure follow‑through and accountability. Serve as a liaison between internal teams, executive sponsors, and external partners supporting the pilot. Enterprise Strategic Project Support (0.2 FTE) Provide program management, coordination, data support, or analytical assistance to other strategic initiatives as assigned. Support preparation and submission of RHTP applications and related materials for opportunities beyond the Pulse Center Pilot. Apply consistent project management standards, reporting discipline, and executive communication practices across enterprise projects. Education and Experience Required Bachelor's degree required. Minimum of five (5) years of experience in program management, healthcare operations, strategy, or grant‑funded initiatives. Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross‑functional projects in a healthcare or health system environment. Preferred Master's degree (e.g., MHA, MPH, MBA). Experience supporting healthcare grants, government‑funded transformation programs, or large‑scale pilots. Familiarity with healthcare data, performance metrics, and executive‑level reporting. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills. Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines simultaneously. Strong analytical and data management capabilities, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SharePoint. Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise, executive‑ready communications. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail with the ability to work independently in a dynamic and evolving environment. Pay range min $43.79/hr max $68.35/hr #LI-RS1
