We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Student Liaison and Incentive Officer to serve as a vital bridge between students, educators, and administrative teams. This role is designed to foster positive engagement with students, coordinate incentive programs that motivate academic achievement, and support the overall educational experience. Duties Act as the primary point of contact for students, providing guidance and support to enhance their educational journey Develop, implement, and manage incentive programs aimed at encouraging student participation, attendance, and achievement Collaborate with teachers, campus administrators, and staff to identify student needs and tailor engagement strategies accordingly Organize events, workshops, and activities that promote student involvement and foster a positive school culture Maintain detailed records of student participation in incentive programs and prepare reports on program effectiveness Work along other departments involved in program delivery, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to policies Utilize educational administrative software and productivity tools like Microsoft Office to track progress, communicate with stakeholders, and manage documentation Enforce campus policies, procedures, and the Student Code of Conduct. Investigate student misconduct, rule violations, and other incidents. Prepare accurate incident reports and maintain disciplinary records. Meet with students to discuss behavioral concerns and explain disciplinary actions. Recommend appropriate corrective actions and interventions. Collaborate with counselors, residential staff, instructors, and administrators to support student success. Participate in disciplinary hearings and provide recommendations based on investigation findings. Skills Proven experience with young adults Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Demonstrated ability in program development, team management, and personnel supervision within educational settings Background working with young adults Excellent written communication skills for report writing, correspondence, and promotional materials Ability to lead teams effectively while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Skilled in working with diverse student populations to foster inclusive participation and motivation
Pay:
$45,000.00 per year
