Manage existing running programs in the organization
Strong experience with Wealth Management
Monitoring projects and overseeing project managers to ensure goals are met
Meeting with stakeholders to discuss program status and goals
Devising new programs that support the organization's objectives
Working with the cross functional team heads team to improve strategies and efficiency for value creation for the client
Well versed with detail reporting of all the project to senior management and leadership.
Clearly define and understand the risk and dependencies and able to take proactive action to mitigate risk or impact
Proactively define sustainable goals for the organization based on the vision
Working with other departments to discover new avenues and initiatives and plans for the programs
