Job Description

Job Summary:

Responsible for the implementation of CTH II programs for individuals residing within the designated units in the greater Columbia area. Directs the activities and responsibilities of the staff providing operation of the programs. Attends regular meetings and monitors the care provided to individuals. Counsels residents on an as needed basic concerning all aspects of their programming and incidents. Covers on-call duty as needed and ensures that the units are properly staffed.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in human services field; two years experience in a human services field
