Department USD-Office of Accessibility Physical Location of Position (City) Vermillion Posting Text The Program Coordinator supports the operations, programs, and strategic initiatives of the Center for Digital Accessibility (CDA) and the Office of Accessibility. This position provides project coordination, client support, training administration, communications, and operational support to advance digital accessibility initiatives and services. Time is shared between both units, requiring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Support the administration of operating policies, procedures, operational guidelines, and bookkeeping activities. Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and coordinating services, projects, and activities. Maintain positive client relationships and facilitate communication between clients and internal stakeholders to support successful project outcomes. Maintain and update public-facing websites, training portals, training resources, and marketing materials to ensure content is accurate, accessible, current, and engaging. Assist with the development, coordination, and delivery of training workshops, webinars, presentations, and educational resources related to digital accessibility and related topics. Coordinate communication and collaboration among university stakeholders, clients, and partners to support accessibility initiatives and projects. Maintain records, documentation, reports, and other materials related to accessibility, training, and program operations. Work closely with the Director of the Office of Accessibility to support and coordinate projects, activities, and programs. Perform other duties as assigned in support of the Center for Digital Accessibility and the Office of Accessibility. Preferred Qualifications Experience coordinating programs, projects, client services, or administrative operations. Strong customer service and relationship management skills, with the ability to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders. Experience managing websites, online content, training platforms, or digital resources. Experience planning, coordinating, or delivering training, workshops, presentations, or educational programming. Familiarity with digital accessibility principles, accessibility standards, or accessibility compliance initiatives. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Proficiency with common business, collaboration, and content management software. Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and contribute effectively in a collaborative team environment.
