) Bachelor s Degree - must be uploaded with the resume for consideration.
) Minimum 1 year of direct child welfare field experience, such as:

Case management, Child welfare, CPS, investigations, Foster care, Juvenile justice

) Minimum 1 year of experience in training delivery, adult education, or staff development.
) Proficiency with Microsoft Teams and virtual training tools.
) Strong communication, facilitation, coaching, and organizational skills.
) Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
) Ability and willingness to travel as required.
