Your Role:

Sage Program Coordinator As our Memory Care Program Leader , you will: Champion engaging, person-centered care for residents Support and educate families navigating Alzheimer's and dementia Train, mentor, and inspire your team to deliver excellence Stay at the forefront of memory care best practices

What We're Looking For:

✔ 2+ years of experience in healthcare, memory care, or geriatrics ✔ Deep knowledge of Alzheimer's & dementia care ✔ CPR & First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain) ✔ Dementia Certification preferred ✔ A heart for seniors and leadership that inspires Ready to bring joy, comfort, and security to our residents?
