Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and guidance to a team of landscape workers
• Plan, schedule, and oversee daily tasks and projects
• Ensure proper care and maintenance of all groundskeeping equipment
• Monitor and maintain the health and appearance of plants, trees, and lawns
• Manage inventory of supplies and materials needed for landscaping projects
• Collaborate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and preferences
• Train and mentor team members on proper landscaping techniques

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a leadership role within the landscaping industry
• Strong knowledge of lawn care, and groundskeeping practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a team and collaborate with clients
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines
• Attention to detail to ensure high-quality workmanship
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
