Job Description Our client is seeking a Project Manager to support a top federal construction sub-contractor specializing in large-scale design-build projects. This individual will be responsible for overseeing complex, high-dollar projects from planning through completion, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met. • 5-8 + years of experience working as a construction Project Manager
• Experience working with a General Contractor or an Electrical, Civil, Steel, Mechanical, or Structural Subcontractor o Must have experience overseeing self-perform work
• Experience managing projects valued over $15m in budget
• Federal construction project experience:

CBP , USACE , NAVFAC

, DoD, DHS , AF, city/state, municipal construction

• Proficiency with MS Project (scheduling), bluebeam, or heavybid/heavyjob
• Experience managing project cost controls and financials
• Design-Build project experience
• AutoCAD proficiency
