- Culinary Projects to work directly with chefs, culinary directors, and kitchen teams across the Western US, helping them equip their kitchens with our time-tested tools, bespoke displays, and custom solutions.
This is a full-time, salaried role with time off and a path to grow, built for someone who wants to stay close to the kitchens and people they know, but from the other side of the pass. The Role You'll spend your days in professional kitchens
- not running the pass but helping chefs solve real problems: outfitting a new restaurant, upgrading a bakery display, supporting a hotel kitchen renovation. Your credibility comes from having stood where they stand. Distributor partnerships support market execution, but your focus is building direct relationships with the chefs and operators you already understand. What You'll Do
- Build genuine relationships with executive chefs, pastry chefs, culinary directors, and F&B managers at restaurants, hotels, bakeries, and hospitality groups
- Identify and drive project opportunities
- new restaurant openings, kitchen renovations, hotel buildouts, culinary school partnerships
- from concept to close
- Run in-kitchen product demonstrations, hands-on trainings, and consultative equipment reviews
- Attend industry events, culinary competitions, food shows, and chef association gatherings
- Manage an active pipeline: track opportunities, forecast, and follow through from first contact to post-sale
- Coordinate with distributor partners on order fulfillment and market coverage
- Open new accounts and reactivate dormant customers
- Keep CRM records, forecasts, and territory reports up to date What We're Looking For
- Professional culinary experience
- chef, sous chef, pastry chef, kitchen manager, or culinary director
- with real time working in a professional kitchen
- Sales experience preferred but not required
- we'll train you on the sales process
- Comfort and credibility in professional kitchen environments; you can talk equipment, technique, and workflow with a brigade chef because you've been on that line yourself
- Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build trust
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
- Ability to travel up to 50% within your assigned territory Compensation & Benefits
