The Project Manager will have the opportunity to work closely with company leadership, contribute to the development of project and operational processes, and play a hands-on role in driving projects from planning through completion. All operations are conducted in accordance with applicable California building codes, licensing requirements, and local jurisdictional regulations. Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial construction projects from planning through completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project schedules, budget controls, subcontractors, client communications, and overall project execution. Key Responsibilities Manage construction projects from pre-construction through project closeout. Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and project stakeholders. Monitor project progress and ensure projects are completed on time with quality and controlled budget. Maintain regular communication with clients regarding project status and milestones. Manage project documentation, change orders, and reporting requirements. Support quality control and safety compliance initiatives. Minimum Qualifications Minimum three (3) years of construction project management experience. Experience in managing residential and/or commercial construction projects. Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor management. Ability to travel to project sites as required Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
