• Take notes while driving
• Schedule calls and meetings
• Heavy Use of MAC Laptop
• Heavy Use of Word/Excel/Dropbox
• Attend Client / Sub Contractor meetings to

• Create and Maintain Databases
• Prepare and Maintain Job Documents
• Create Project Budgets

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of administrative assistant experience
• Construction industry experience a plus
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Dropbox (testing required)
• Strong organizational
• Excellent communication skills with a clear speaking voice
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• College Education required
• Accounting Degree a plus
• References required
• Maintain Confidentiality
• Excellent Driving Record
• Vehicle in good working condition
