Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an organized and detail-driven Assistant Project Manager
  • Bilingual Spanish, for a direct hire opportunity in West Hollywood, CA.
This role supports project planning, coordination, documentation, and execution for hospitality-related projects within the hotels and lodging industry. The Assistant Project Manager will work closely with project leadership, vendors, contractors, consultants, owners, clients, and internal teams to help keep projects moving on schedule, within scope, and properly documented. This is a strong opportunity for a project management professional who enjoys a collaborative environment, supportive leadership, hands-on field coordination, and exposure to multiple phases of construction and project delivery. This position is well suited for someone who is proactive, polished, and comfortable balancing administrative accuracy with site-level project coordination. The work environment offers the opportunity to learn from experienced project leaders, build technical project management skills, and contribute to high-quality hospitality spaces. Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with project schedules, budgets, scopes of work, invoices, building rules, and project documentation.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, consultants, internal teams, owners, and clients to support project execution.
  • Track RFIs, submittals, permits, change orders, punch lists, issue logs, and project management trackers.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to document progress, verify compliance, and support project communication.
  • Prepare meeting minutes, progress reports, photographic documentation, close-out documents, turnover packages, and welcome packages.
  • Support procurement, tenant improvement packages, safety compliance, and overall project closeout activities. Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary range: $58,000 to $65,000 per year.

    West Hollywood, CA. Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Support planning, coordination, and execution of hospitality project management activities from initiation through closeout.
  • Manage project documentation, logs, schedules, budgets, invoices, and communication between project stakeholders.
  • Assist with field coordination, site inspections, measurements, progress tracking, and compliance follow-up.
  • Coordinate RFIs, submittals, permits, change orders, procurement items, and turnover documentation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Real Estate, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant project coordination, construction coordination, or assistant project management experience preferred for this opportunity.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Experience with project management and documentation tools such as Fieldwire, PlanGrid, Dropbox, Procore, Bluebeam, Adobe Acrobat Pro, iOS software, and AutoCAD reader.
  • Familiarity with construction drawings, specifications, permitting processes, architectural plans, and engineering plans.
  • Ability to read plans, take field measurements, and complete accurate photographic documentation.
  • Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities, track moving parts, and work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Knowledge of project phases, change management, cost tracking, safety procedures, and construction coordination best practices. Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting hotel, lodging, hospitality, tenant improvement, or commercial construction projects.
  • Familiarity with owner, client, contractor, and consultant communication in a project-based environment.
  • Experience preparing close-out packages, turnover documentation, punch lists, and project progress reports.
  • Ability to contribute to a collaborative, service-focused project team with professionalism and accountability.
