Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Capital Project Manager to lead industrial capital projects from initial planning through construction, commissioning, startup, and closeout. This role is responsible for delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget while coordinating with Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, Procurement, EHS, Finance, and external contractors. Key Responsibilities Manage capital projects from concept through completion. Develop project scope, budgets, schedules, forecasts, and resource plans. Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, and operational readiness activities. Manage contractors, vendors, bid packages, and field execution. Monitor project costs, schedules, risks, delays, and scope changes. Ensure projects meet company safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. Lead project meetings and provide status updates to leadership and stakeholders. Maintain project documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Support commissioning, startup, turnover, and final project closeout. Capture lessons learned and support continuous improvement efforts. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field. 5-8+ years of capital project management experience in industrial, manufacturing, mining, chemical, fertilizer, or similar environments. Strong knowledge of industrial construction and structural steel infrastructure . Experience managing project budgets, schedules, contractors, and cross-functional teams. Experience with capital authorization, cost controls, forecasting, and project reporting. Knowledge of industrial safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. Experience supporting commissioning and startup activities. Strong communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Experience with Microsoft Project, Primavera, SAP, or similar project management tools . Preferred Qualifications Experience in brownfield industrial facilities or large operating sites. Procurement, contract administration, and vendor management experience. Mechanical or Civil/Structural Engineering background. Working Conditions Primarily based at an industrial or manufacturing site with regular field presence. Some travel to project sites, vendors, or contractor locations may be required. Extended hours may be required during shutdowns, turnarounds, or critical project phases.

GRPA Pay:
