About DRYmedic DRYmedic Restoration is a locally owned, family-operated restoration company specializing in water damage mitigation, mold remediation, fire damage restoration, and reconstruction. We are a fast-growing company built on integrity, exceptional customer service, and technical excellence. We're looking for someone who wants to help build something; not just fill a position. Position Overview This is a hybrid role that combines sales, estimating, and project management. You will be responsible for meeting with customers, performing property inspections, preparing accurate Xactimate estimates, earning the customer's trust, closing projects, and managing those projects through successful completion. We're looking for someone who enjoys being in the field, solving problems, communicating with customers, and taking ownership from the initial inspection through project completion. Primary Outcomes 1. Sales & Inspections Respond quickly to new inspection opportunities. Perform water, mold, and fire damage inspections. Build trust with homeowners and commercial clients. Educate customers on the restoration process. Confidently ask for the business and convert inspections into signed projects. 2. Estimating Prepare accurate Xactimate estimates in a timely manner. Develop scopes of work based on industry standards. Communicate estimates clearly with homeowners and insurance adjusters. Follow up consistently until a decision is made. 3. Project Management Manage restoration projects from signed contract through completion. Coordinate schedules with production teams. Maintain proactive communication with customers. Conduct final walkthroughs and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Qualifications Required Restoration industry experience. Strong working knowledge of Xactimate. Experience performing property inspections and developing scopes of work. Proven customer-facing sales experience. Excellent communication and follow-up skills. Valid driver's license Preferred IICRC certification Experience working with insurance claims. Experience managing restoration projects from start to finish. What Success Looks Like Within your first year, you will: Increase inspection-to-sale conversion. Deliver accurate estimates within 24 hours whenever possible. Build strong relationships with property owners and referral partners. Successfully manage multiple restoration projects simultaneously. Help increase company revenue while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.
