Job Description Manage the migration of approximately 240 customers from the existing platform to the new platform environment. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the migration process. Communicate project timelines, milestones, risks, and expectations to internal and external stakeholders. Coordinate implementation activities and ensure all project workstreams remain on schedule. Schedule and facilitate project meetings, document action items, and drive follow-up activities. Partner closely with Operations Managers, Implementation Specialists, and System Administrators to support successful migrations. Track progress against project plans, burndown schedules, and migration milestones. Assist in coordinating environment setup activities, including server and database configuration efforts. Manage customer expectations surrounding migration activities, including planned system downtime of approximately two days during cutovers. Drive overall project execution and ensure projects remain on track through completion. pay rate 35-39/hr depending on years of experience.
