Role Description The Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Columbus, GA, responsible for overseeing construction projects from planning through completion. This position manages schedules, budgets, resources, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. Daily responsibilities include coordinating materials and equipment, tracking progress, resolving issues, and maintaining clear communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams. The Project Manager conducts regular site visits, monitors quality and safety standards, prepares reports, and supports expediting activities to keep project milestones on track. This role also involves collaborating with logistics and inspection personnel to ensure compliance with specifications and regulatory requirements. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination. Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials and services. Candidates should possess Inspection skills to verify work quality, safety compliance, and adherence to project specifications. Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to coordinate equipment, materials, and site operations efficiently. Relevant experience in construction or contracting environments, with familiarity in on-site project oversight. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, with effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work on-site in Columbus, GA, collaborate with diverse teams, and manage multiple projects or tasks simultaneously. Associate or bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Proficiency with project management software and standard office tools; knowledge of safety regulations and industry best practices is beneficial.
