Program & Project Coordinator Part-Time (approx. 20 hours/week) | Mostly Remote Atlanta, GA | Flexibility for occasional evening or weekend hours Rally Foundation for Childhood Cancer Research (Rally) a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization, empowers volunteers across the country to raise awareness and funds for childhood cancer research to find better treatments with fewer long-term side effects and, ultimately, cures.

Position Overview The Program & Project Coordinator provides part-time support across the organization's special projects and key initiatives including fundraising campaigns, programs, and special projects. This role is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented self-starter who wants hands-on nonprofit project management experience and thrives in a collaborative, mission-driven environment. Program & Campaign Support Assist with day-to-day coordination of Rally's fundraising campaigns and giving programs, including scheduling, communications, and tracking deadlines. Help create and maintain fundraising campaign pages, website updates, and campaign materials as needed. Support tracking of participation data, campaign outcomes, and reporting for active programs. Help maintain relationships with Rally's partners Volunteer & Event Support Support volunteer coordination for Rally's signature events, including recruitment communications, scheduling, and maintaining volunteer rosters. Help ensure volunteers have clear role information and event-day details. Provide support at events as needed, whether remotely or in person. Administrative & Operational Support Provide administrative and program management support for special projects and fundraising initiatives across the organization. Assist with database management. Help coordinate the creation of marketing and campaign materials. Support general shipping needs, including Rally merchandise. Provide backup support for Rally Good Meals. Assist and lead special projects as assigned. Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, nonprofit programs, administration, or a related field. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable learning and using project management and campaign tools (e.g., Monday.com, GoFundMePro, Salesforce, Shopify), prior experience with these platforms is a plus, not a requirement. A collaborative, can-do attitude and genuine enthusiasm for Rally's mission. Compassion and professionalism when engaging with families, hospital staff, volunteers, and donors. This position will report to Rally's Senior Manager of Rally Families and Advocacy.
