You'll be responsible for managing residential painting projects from start to finish while working closely with customers and subcontractor crews to make sure every project runs smoothly. To thrive in this role, you'll need to be a strong communicator, a problem solver, comfortable in the field, and able to manage multiple projects independently . This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and taking ownership of their projects.
Compensation Package:
Base Salary plus Bonus ( Strong performers can earn approximately $90,000-$100,000+) Annual project performance/margin bonus Approximately 80% field-based / 20% administrative work
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee multiple residential painting projects from start to finish Visit approximately 5 job sites per day to monitor progress and quality Kick off new projects and review expectations with customers and crews Inspect ongoing work to ensure it meets company quality standards Communicate with customers and address questions or concerns Coordinate with subcontractor crews and provide direction when issues arise Conduct final inspections and customer walkthroughs Order materials and ensure crews have everything needed Complete project documentation, scheduling, and administrative tasks Participate in team meetings and help improve project management processes Help recruit and build reliable painting crews as needed Track goals and manage projects to meet expectations for quality, customer satisfaction, and profitability
Qualifications:
1+ year of project management experience, preferably in home services Strong customer service and communication skills General construction experience preferred Painting knowledge is a plus but not required Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Comfortable working with a small team and managing subcontractor crews Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems Goal-oriented, organized, and able to work independently Spanish bilingual preferred but not required Valid driver's license and clean driving record Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening Comfortable traveling between residential job sites throughout the Woodstock, Canton, Marietta, and Kennesaw areas Must be comfortable with a primarily field-based position and a flexible schedule
