Compensation:

$80k - $90k base salary + company vehical (or allowance) + performance bonus

Required Experience:

7 years minimum of Commercial Construction Experience (This role is ideal for someone looking to get into a Superintendent role) Strong understanding of construction means and methods across multiple trades. Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and shop drawings. Proficiency with scheduling tools such as MS Project or UDA Construction Online. Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills. OSHA 30 required, with First Aid and CPR preferred. Experience managing projects in the $500,000 to $8,000,000 range. Valid driver license and reliable transportation. Candidates must have their own tool bag and set

Preferred Qualifications:

Degree or coursework in construction management. Experience with pre-engineered metal building and tenant improvement projects. Additional trade or safety credentials.

Pay:

$80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
