Lincolnshire, Illinois V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for an EIS Project Manager III for our premier client in Lincolnshire, Illinois .

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Technical Requirements and Certifications » PMP certification preferred. Education and Experience »

Level III:

7-10 years of experience. Proven experience leading large-scale IT and security initiatives, delivering integrated solutions across cloud infrastructure and enterprise applications. Strong understanding of access management concepts, including

RBAC, JIT

access, and public cloud security governance. Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities. Experience with Agile Scrum and SAFe frameworks, including leading software delivery teams. Knowledge of security governance, technical architecture, and access control frameworks preferred. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience presenting to senior leadership and executive stakeholders. Highly organized, with a demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence across large organizations. Strong customer and partner engagement skills. Passion for technology and delivering innovative security solutions.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Job Responsibilities:

Lead strategic security initiatives focused on

RBAC, JIT

access, public cloud security policies, and policy exception management. Oversee project planning, execution, and reporting, including tracking organizational and policy exception burn-down efforts. Manage relationships with key stakeholders across business, security, engineering, product, and application teams. Present program status, risks, and recommendations to leadership and executive audiences. Collaborate with Product Owners and project teams to prioritize deliverables, manage scope, and drive effective decision-making. Provide leadership and problem-solving support across project teams. Drive organizational change management activities to support successful adoption of new processes and solutions. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies while ensuring timely communication of project updates. Contribute to the development and improvement of processes, standards, and procedures through partnership with leadership and stakeholders. Interested?
