Job Description
Project Coordinator Morganfield, KY / Henderson, KY CTL Services, LLC is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support estimating, project administration, procurement, and office operations. This is a key position for a highly organized professional who can manage multiple projects and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Prepare estimates, proposals, and project documentation Read and interpret construction blueprints and specifications Coordinate purchasing, materials, and subcontractors Assist with project scheduling and job tracking Manage invoices, purchase orders, and job costing Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks Online and Google Workspace Communicate with customers, vendors, and project managers Qualifications Experience with QuickBooks Online and Google Workspace Blueprint reading and estimating experience preferred Procurement or purchasing experience Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities with exceptional attention to detail
