Job Description

Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Scheduling Manager to support the engineering, procurement, and construction of hyperscale, mission-critical data center projects across the United States for a leading energy company. This role will lead all project scheduling and planning activities across a portfolio of large-scale data center projects. The Scheduling Manager will be responsible for managing integrated master schedules, establishing scheduling standards and governance, overseeing a team of schedulers, and providing executive-level reporting and schedule performance insights. Working closely with project management, construction, project controls, engineering, procurement, and commissioning teams, this individual will drive schedule accuracy, risk identification, forecasting, and recovery planning to ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, advanced Primavera P6 expertise, and extensive experience managing schedules on large capital construction projects. Skills and Requirements 8-12 years of project scheduling experience supporting large-scale construction, industrial, EPC, mission-critical, or data center projects, LNG or semiconductor preferred3+ years of experience leading schedulers, planners, or project controls teamsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Controls, or a related fieldExpert proficiency in Primavera P6 and integrated master schedule development, acumen, notes and links, SRAsAbility to automate work tasksExperience managing schedules from engineering and procurement through construction, commissioning, and project turnoverStrong understanding of critical path methodology, schedule forecasting, trend analysis, and schedule recovery planningExperience developing schedule governance processes, reporting standards, and project controls proceduresAbility to identify schedule risks, evaluate impacts, and implement mitigation strategies across multiple projectsExperience presenting schedule performance metrics and executive-level reports to leadership and clientsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsMust be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorshipExperience supporting hyperscale data center or mission-critical facility construction projectsProfessional certifications such as AACE PSP, PMI-SP, PMP, or equivalentExperience leading scheduling functions across multiple concurrent projects or programsFamiliarity with earned value management (EVM), schedule risk analysis, and delay analysis methodologiesExperience with Power BI, Tableau, or advanced schedule visualization and reporting toolsKnowledge of EPC, GMP, and design-build project delivery methodsExperience supporting client-facing schedule reviews, recovery workshops, and executive steering committee meetings We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
