Purpose and Scope of Position:

About the

Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive contractor to serve as the coordination backbone for the Critical Reagent Program. This role will support technical SMEs by managing project plans, tracking actions and risks, maintaining dashboards, coordinating with functional teams, and ensuring clear communication across Supply Chain, Quality, Procurement, Manufacturing, Technical Operations, and site teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain the Critical Reagent tracking sheet, including milestones, project health, risks, issues, actions, and deliverables. Serve as project coordinator and SPOC for Critical Reagent workstreams, charters, and I-Plan related updates. Track PI actions, timelines, dependencies, owners, due dates, and closure status across assigned workstreams. Prepare project status reports, executive dashboards, meeting materials, and leadership updates. Support RACI documentation, governance tracking, and cross-functional alignment across key stakeholders. Coordinate site supply and global inventory activities, including safety stock visibility and supply continuity follow-up. Support vendor management, procurement, purchase order coordination, budget tracking, and PRAM-related workflows. Prepare meeting agendas, capture minutes, document decisions, and follow up on actions and escalations. Escalate risks, delays, aged actions, and critical issues to project leads and leadership as appropriate.

Specific Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Strong project coordination, milestone tracking, action management, and follow-through discipline. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data tracking, formulas, dashboards, and reporting templates. Experience with Power BI dashboard/reporting; Smartsheet; SAP; Oracle; Quickbase; I-Plan or similar portfolio tools. Ability to maintain risk registers, issue logs, project health indicators, and executive-level status reports. Strong understanding of RACI frameworks, governance documentation, and cross-functional communication planning. Inventory and supply chain coordination skills, including safety stock tracking, supply risk follow-up, and cross-site coordination. Procurement and vendor support experience, including purchase requisition, PO coordination, spend visibility, and supplier follow-up. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to simplify complex information for different audiences. Ability to work collaboratively across Supply Chain, Quality, Manufacturing, Procurement, Technical Operations, and SME teams. Strong attention to detail, organizational discipline, accountability, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Education/Experience:

Bachelors degree required in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field. PMP, CAPM, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent project management/continuous improvement certification preferred. 1-3 years of project coordination, project management, program management, operations, or supply chain experience.
