Lead great teams. Make it happen. At Timberline Construction Corp., our Project Managers are at the center of the action. From the first client conversation to the final punch list, you'll lead the team, manage the details, and keep projects moving forward. We're looking for an experienced construction professional who thrives on ownership, problem-solving, and getting things done . You'll work closely with clients, Superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and our internal teams to deliver quality projects safely, on schedule, and on budget. What You'll Own Lead projects from preconstruction through completion. Build strong relationships with clients and project partners. Manage schedules, budgets, buyout, procurement, and change orders. Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, designers, and vendors. Identify problems early and find practical solutions. Keep project documentation, billing, and financials on track. Lead with a strong focus on safety, quality, and teamwork. What You Bring 10+ years of construction project management experience preferred. Strong understanding of construction, contracts, plans, and specifications. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Confidence managing budgets, schedules, and multiple priorities. OSHA 30 certification. Life sciences construction experience is a plus. Ready to Lead?
