We are looking for an experienced Project Manager/Sr. Consultant to lead complex organizational change initiatives within a Real Estate & Property environment in Pennsylvania. This Long-term Contract position is suited for a candidate with significant experience who can guide senior stakeholders through sensitive organizational decisions, operating model adjustments, and cross-functional transformation efforts. The ideal candidate brings strong executive presence, sound judgment, and the ability to align people, processes, and business priorities across multiple departments.
Responsibilities:
Lead enterprise-level transformation efforts that reshape team structures, clarify organizational gaps, and support high-impact workforce planning decisions.
Partner with senior leaders to evaluate complex people, process, and strategic choice considerations, helping drive clear and practical outcomes.
Facilitate discussions with executive stakeholders where priorities, ownership, or decision-making authority may be unclear or contested.
Oversee initiatives focused on streamlining and redesigning workflows that span multiple business functions to improve efficiency and alignment.
Provide project leadership for business changes tied to acquisitions, organizational realignment, and delivery model adjustments, including offshore coordination when applicable.
Build structure around ambiguous initiatives by defining priorities, tracking progress, and ensuring accountability across involved teams.
Present recommendations and status updates to leadership in a confident, concise manner that supports informed decision-making.
Apply experienced project management practices to keep transformation activities on schedule while managing risk, stakeholder concerns, and shifting business needs.
