???????????? ????????????????: Based in Baltimore in a hybrid setup, you will support the delivery of federal construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Working alongside experienced PMs, you will get hands-on exposure to federal procurement, compliance, scheduling, and client management

• 1-3 years of project management or coordination experience in construction
• Exposure to federal construction is a strong advantage
• government projects, compliance frameworks, or public works
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams at once
• Strong communicator with subs, clients, and internal project teams
• Comfortable with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
