Job Description

Project Administration Manager (Experience Required) Bangor, Maine | Full-Time WBRC is seeking an experienced, highly organized individual with a background in the architecture, engineering, or construction industry to join our team as a Project Administration Manager . This is a key position within our architecture and engineering firm. You'll work closely with project managers, technical staff, and company leadership to help keep projects and information running smoothly across more than 100 active projects at any given time. We're planning for the future and have the rare opportunity to provide an extended transition and training period with a respected employee who has successfully filled this role for decades. This position is ideal for someone with experience in the Architecture, Engineering, or Construction (A/E/C) industry who understands project delivery and enjoys being the person who keeps things organized, accurate, and moving forward. What You'll Do Support projects from contract execution through construction administration Assist with the preparation and coordination of contracts, specifications, and project documentation under the direction of Project Managers, Architects, Engineers and Principals Manage bidding and construction administration processes , including submittals, RFIs, bulletins, and addenda Maintain project and client information in firm systems Assist with project setup, document management, and workflow coordination Support company operations, leadership initiatives, and process improvements Help train and support staff with firm software, standards, and processes Provide Executive and Board level administrative support What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience in an architecture, engineering, construction, or related professional services environment Strong organizational and time management skills Exceptional attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Comfortable learning new software, processes, and technology tools as the firm continues to evolve High level of professionalism and confidentiality Preferred Experience AIA contracts Project specifications Construction administration Microsoft 365, Deltek Vantagepoint, Autodesk Forma, Procore, SpecLink, and similar industry software Why WBRC? Pay:

$60,000.00 - $96,000.00 per year
