This role combines executive support with project management expertise, ensuring seamless execution of strategic initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in driving program development, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve organizational goals efficiently and effectively. Duties Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within scope, schedule, and budget using methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, Lean, Six Sigma, and PMBOK standards. Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables clearly. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations utilizing tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or equivalent project management software. Conduct root cause analysis and risk assessments to proactively identify issues and implement mitigation strategies. Oversee program development initiatives by managing project portfolios, tracking progress via earned value management techniques, and ensuring quality management standards are met. Supervise teams across various projects by providing leadership, mentorship, and conflict management to foster a collaborative environment. Coordinate meetings with stakeholders, prepare technical documentation, process maps, and presentation materials to facilitate effective communication. Manage vendor relationships and IT infrastructure components related to project execution while controlling costs through budgeting and scope management practices. Drive continuous process improvement initiatives such as Kaizen or Lean Six Sigma projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency. Utilize data analysis skills for Excel data analysis and reporting to support decision-making processes. Skills Extensive experience in project management methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, Lean Six Sigma, and PMBOK frameworks. Proven supervisory experience with team leadership in technical or project environments. Strong expertise in requirements analysis, requirements management tools like VersionOne or Project Server. Skilled in process mapping, business process modeling, risk management, and scope management techniques. Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder engagement and meeting facilitation across cross-functional teams. Proficiency with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet, SharePoint or equivalent tools. Demonstrated ability in program development, program design, and project portfolio management to align initiatives with organizational strategy. Knowledge of IT project management including vendor management and IT infrastructure components. Analytical capabilities with data collection and analysis skills using SAS or similar platforms for reporting purposes. Strong organizational skills combined with time management expertise to handle multiple priorities effectively.
