Overview Join our dynamic team as a Construction Project Manager and lead the planning, coordination, and execution of complex infrastructure projects for a premier twin city construction and remodel company. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee all phases of construction, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with all regulatory standards. You will leverage your expertise in construction management software, project scheduling, and team leadership to drive successful project outcomes across diverse construction environments. Duties Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation using advanced project management software such as Buildertrend and Construction management tools. Coordinate and manage multiple teams on-site and off-site to ensure seamless execution of construction activities. Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and specifications to guide project implementation. Monitor construction progress through regular site inspections and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines. Manage contracts, change orders, and procurement processes while maintaining strict adherence to construction regulations and safety standards. Oversee cost management efforts by tracking expenditures against budgets. Facilitate communication among stakeholders, including clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure clarity and alignment on project goals. Ensure compliance with all local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements Proven experience in construction site management with a strong background in residential, and light commercial projects. Proficiency with project management software such as Buildertrend, Microsoft Office Suite, Company Cam, and Jobber. Extensive knowledge of construction estimating, cost management, contract administration, and regulatory compliance. Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints accurately. Demonstrated success managing teams in a fast-paced construction management role with excellent time management skills. Experience with managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and tight schedules. Excellent communication skills for effective project coordination and leadership across diverse teams. Applicant should have a B.S. in construction management, or a minimum of 10 years of project management experience. Pay:
$60,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year
