Service Sales Project Manager Eden Prairie, MN 55344 Share Share Email Post Share MMC's Service department is the largest mechanical service department in Minnesota. Our non-union project managers manage large portfolios of "complicated" buildings. MMC prides itself on building strong customer relationships. As an HVAC Service Sales Project Manager, you will be responsible for building a client base, selling and maintaining preventive maintenance agreements, executing small simple projects, working in a team, and developing strong lasting customer relations.

Job Specifics:

Utilize robust networking and relationship building skills to create and expand a client base.

Effectively create and sell appealing preventive maintenance agreements.

Provide exceptional customer service with the goal of maintaining and strengthening client relationships and agreements.

Contribute and work well with a strong, passionate team.

Qualifications and Experience:

3-5 years of project management experience.

HVAC/Mechanical industry experience.

Experience providing superior customer service.

Capacity to work on a high performing team

Able to price simple mechanical proposals utilizing MMC's pricing system Motivated by providing first class customer service Skilled at managing many tasks / multitasking.

Aptitude to learning new software as a super user

Positive attitude

Driven to help teammates to win

Physical Requirements:

Possess ability to independently navigate job sites and climb ladders as warranted.

• Salary range of $75,000 to $95,000 (depending on experience) plus high potential incentive plan
