Full-Time Direct Hire Role Summary:

Manage commercial construction projects from startup through closeout, including scheduling, budgeting, contracts, subcontractors, change orders, procurement, quality control, documentation, and client relationships. Work closely with Superintendents, Estimating, owners, architects, vendors, and subcontractors to deliver projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards. Must-Have Skills 8+ years construction/project management Commercial/institutional construction experience Construction or Engineering degree, or equivalent Project budgeting & cost control Contract/subcontract management Change orders & procurement Scheduling / project planning Subcontractor management Quality & safety management Strong client/vendor communication Procore P6 / Primavera MS Excel / Word U.S. Citizen Willing to work onsite in Gulfport, MS Preferred Skills GMP / Lump Sum projects AIA Contract Documents JDE Design-build experience Healthcare, government, hospitality, institutional or large commercial projects Experience managing large/multi-million-dollar projects

Pay:

$90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
