Job Description:

This position is for a structural and miscellaneous steel project manager. The job entails managing work ranging from upfits to ground up projects. The project manager is in charge of coordination between GC's and the shop/field crews. The project manager is also responsible for coordination between the GC's and detailers/engineers. Candidates must be able to read and understand architectural and structural design drawings and shop drawings. Must not be afraid of heights as field measurements may require use of ladders or lifts.

• Requirements are as follows:
• 4 year degree required in applicable field
• Must be able to read design drawings
• Must be able to read shop drawings
• Must have experience in the structural / misc. steel industry
• Must be very detailed oriented
• Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Reliable transportation required
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs
• Must be able to stand for extended periods
• Must be able to work on ladders when required
• Must be able to accurately read tape measures
• Background check required before hire
