Job Description Identify and develop new project opportunities Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients Lead preconstruction and estimating efforts Prepare budgets, conceptual estimates, and competitive bids Manage projects from award through closeout Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders Oversee project schedules, budgets, and profitability Conduct site visits and client meetings throughout the region Manage change orders, contract administration, and project documentation Drive repeat business through exceptional client service Collaborate directly with company leadership on growth initiatives MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant Project Management experience in commercial construction Estimating and preconstruction experience strongly preferred Business development experience is a major plus Experience with light industrial, commercial, restaurant, retail, or church projects preferred Ability to manage projects ranging from approximately $1M-$5M Strong client-facing communication and relationship-building skills Experience managing multiple responsibilities across project acquisition and execution Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow business opportunities Strong organizational and financial management abilities Stable work history and strong professional reputation What's on Offer Competitive salary ranging from $100.000 to $130.000 USD annually.
